RCAC - Residential Care Apartment Complex

Woodlands Senior Park is Fond du Lac area’s newest retirement community with a capacity of 90 residents. The state-of-the-art facility offers 26 Residential Community Apartment Complex (RCAC) units for those that are more independent. Each RCAC apartment includes a kitchen, a large private bath and has a view of the beautiful outdoors. We offer 3 different types of apartments depending on your needs. Potential residents may choose from an economical studio or a one to two bedroom apartment.

Each apartment is equipped with an independent emergency response call system, temperature control, cable TV and telephone hookup, fire alarm system and generator supported outlets and more.

Our premium quality facilities are complimented by the highly trained staff of RNs, LPNs and Nurses Aides that tend to all of our ‘guests’ medical needs. The Dietary department prepares three delicious homemade meals each day with snacks and beverages in between. The Activities Director maintains a regular schedule of favorite activities including board and table games, exercises, gardening and live entertainment available for everyone to enjoy.

Woodlands Senior Park provides RCAC residents with a choice of services available including medication management, housekeeping, laundry services and meal packages. Beautician and barber services are available on site through independent providers.
