CBRF - Community Based Residential Facility

Woodlands Senior Park Assisted Living is Fond du Lac area's newest retirement community. The state-of-the-art facilities offer 52 Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) suites in two new buildings on the 30 acre campus. A third building consisting of 32 additional suites is under construction and scheduled for completion in early 2006.

Each CBRF suite is private with a large private bath and a view of the outdoors. Each suite has an independent emergency response call system, temperature control, cable TV and telephone hookup, fire alarm system, generator supported outlets and more.

Our premium quality facilities are complimented by the highly trained staff of RNs, LPNs and Nurses Aides that tend to all of our ‘guests’ medical needs. The Dietary department provides three delicious homemade meals each day with snacks and beverages in between. The Activities Director maintains a regular schedule of favorite activities including board and table games, exercises, gardening and live entertainment available for everyone to enjoy.

Woodlands Senior Park provides CBRF residents with medication management, housekeeping, laundry services and assistance with activities and daily needs. Beautician and barber services as well as weekly visits to the Podiatrist are available on site.
