About Us

Woodlands Senior Park is a family owned and operated business that is dedicated to providing a quality ‘homelike’ environment to seniors who may need limited care in various daily needs or simply want to escape the duties of owning their own home. Originating in 2000, the senior residential complex is located on a beautifully wooded 30 acre lot on the eastern edge of the city of Fond du Lac in east central Wisconsin.

This site was carefully chosen as it offers a strong connection to nature providing daily viewing of wildlife on the grounds. A large wooded area, complete with a stream is reserved for deer, turkeys, fox and more that share the grounds with the Swans, ducks and geese that spend their days on the large community pond. 

Indoors, Woodlands Senior Park facilities are state of the art including complete security and medical monitoring systems and yet have a residential type appearance. For resident comfort, each facility includes a comfortable indoor sitting area complete with fireplace that is centrally located for visiting and relaxing. Activity rooms provide a place for exercise, games, crafts, movies or family events.

The full service kitchens and dining areas not only provide regular scheduled healthy meals but snacks, coffee and meals for those with special dietary needs.

Four season rooms are available for relaxation or visiting with friends and family. Libraries complete with personal computers connected to the internet are also available.  

But most importantly, the supporting staff at Woodlands Senior Park provides dedicated quality medical care to all residents requiring assistance with daily functions. Candidates for our nursing group are selected not only for their training and experience but for their strong desire to provide the best possible care to our residents. All employees have a ‘team’ attitude about performing their duties each day and that is what makes Woodlands Senior Park special.
